Are photos and videos available?
Yes. Professional photo and video services are often available. You can review and purchase after your ride.
Can I ride with someone else?
No. This is a solo experience. Each person ziplines individually for safety and weight balance.
What should I wear?
Sporty, close-fitting clothes. Closed shoes are mandatory. Avoid loose scarves, jewelry, or skirts. Hair should be tied back securely.
Can I wear a GoPro or bring my phone?
Yes, you can bring a GoPro if securely mounted. Phones are not allowed in hand while riding for safety. Lockers are available for storing valuables.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The zipline itself is not wheelchair accessible due to the mountainous terrain and stairs to the platform. However, spectators can often view from nearby.
Can I zipline if I have a medical condition?
Guests with heart issues, spine injuries, high blood pressure, or who are pregnant should not participate. If unsure, consult a physician before booking.
Is the zipline open all year?
It typically runs year-round, but October to April offers the best conditions. During peak summer, early morning slots are recommended due to heat.
