Introduction
By using this website or making any booking through this platform (“Site”), you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope, Definitions & Agreement Structure
“Atana Hotels” (“Atana”, “we”, “us”) refers collectively to Musandam Resort and Khasab Hotel. “Guest”, “you”, “your” refers to the user of the Site or services. These Terms, along with Atana’s Privacy Policy and any applicable operational terms, form a legally binding agreement upon booking; any conflicting or inconsistent terms are superseded by this document.
2. Allowed Use of Site
The Site is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized behavior—such as intellectual property infringement, illegal content dissemination, or misuse—is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel access at our discretion.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
A contract is formed only when Atana sends a booking confirmation, and the applicable payment is processed. All bookings are subject to availability; Atana may cancel reservations in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or errors on the Site.
4. Payment & Security Deposits
- Guests must complete full payment or deposit according to the booking terms.
- Atana may pre-authorize or request additional security deposits to cover incidental or damage-related charges.
5. Cancellation, Modification & No-Show
- Standard room cancellation deadlines: 72 hours before arrival, depending on the property.
- Activity cancellations typically require 24-hour notice.
- No-shows incur full charges. Group bookings or special rates may have unique policy windows.
6. Rates, Taxes & Lowest Rate Guarantee
- All prices are in OMR and exclude local taxes unless specified.
- Atana may offer to match lower publicly available rates within 24 hours of booking, subject to validation and availability.
7. Property-Specific Operational Terms
Atana Musandam Resort:
- Check-In: from 2:00 PM | Check-Out: by 12:00 PM.
- Room free cancellation: up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Activities such as dhow cruises must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.
- Third-party activities (diving, fishing) are facilitated only; Atana is not liable for service outcomes.
Atana Khasab Hotel:
- Check-In: from 2:00 PM | Check-Out: by 12:00 PM.
- Free cancellation: up to 72 hours before arrival.
- Third-party tour bookings require prepayment; cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only; outside food delivery is restricted after certain hours.
8. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Disruptive behavior—including smoking in non-designated areas or offending local customs—can result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. Activities & Third-Party Services
- Activity bookings must meet property-specific safety and eligibility criteria.
- Services provided by third parties (tours, excursions) are subject to those providers’ terms; Atana acts as a facilitator only.
10. Digital Services (e.g., Mobile Key, Internet Access)
- If digital keys are used, the registered guest is responsible for all charges and liabilities, including damages or policy violations caused by others using the digital key.
- Internet access at properties may be provided via third-party vendors; usage is subject to hotel and vendor Terms.
11. Accuracy, Intellectual Property & Content
- Atana strives for accuracy in descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions. Errors may be corrected without notice.
- All content on the Site—including trademarks, imagery, and text—is proprietary or licensed. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Liability, Force Majeure & Indemnification
- Atana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; liability is limited to direct losses under Omani law.
- We are not responsible for failures due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- Guests agree to indemnify Atana for damages resulting from breach or misuse of these Terms.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, compliant with Omani law and international standards. Data may be collected via or shared with affiliated systems and third parties for service provision, marketing, and operational management.

14. Term Amendments
Atana may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Guests are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Omani courts.
